Dear Harry:

I had to include a note with my payment to let you know how pleased Cindy and I are with the work your group did. It is a great pleasure to me to have something as foreign to my interests and expertise as media selection and installation available to me through your efforts, so easily and seamlessly delivered.

I had contacted you via e-mail many months ago when the issue first appeared to require attention with the apparent decline of our old TV in the master bed room. Your thoughtful suggestions of appropriate up to date equipment made the vast spectrum of systems seem comprehensible and your patience with my long time frame as appreciated.

When death finally visited our TV, you supplied on time and on budget exactly what we required, made a house call to confirm the existing conditions and execute the installation very cleanly, all without and direct involvement by me. That is priceless.

Hello Gentlemen,

Two installers, Eddie and Mike, from HiFi House just left my home. They installed a new TV, moved two other TVs and hooked up a number of devices to the new TV.

They did a superb job. I could not have asked for anything more. They were both knowledgeable and friendly. Based on their work and the interaction with Dave Mason, I would readily recommend HiFi House to any of my friends or relatives.

Mr. Robbins,

I would like to take this opportunity to express what an unbelievable job Mike Denoble and his installers, specifically Jose & Ryan have done with the Medaglia Basement Project. I along with my wife could not be more pleased with the way things have turned out. Furthermore we cannot thank Mike, Jose & Ryan enough for their professionalism, courteousness, knowledge and their overall performance in completing what we call our “Dream Basement”. We don’t even refer to it as a Basement any longer; it’s the lower level of our home. We live in a 3 year old 4 bedroom home, approx. 2900 square feet and we now have much more extra living space and I must say the lower level is the nicest room in the house.

Each of the men has gone above and beyond to ensure our happiness and we are just about speechless on how beautiful things have turned out. The sound, picture, workmanship and ambience is superb! Comments from friends and family have ranged from “unbelievable” to “its MTV cribs” and “this is what you find in million dollar homes”! Wow – It’s that impressive! I could go on & on….

In closing I would just like to say that I would recommend anyone who comes to our home to Mike and the HiFi Guys without any hesitation. Mike Denoble truly epitomizes what a dedicated salesman should be.

I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased I am with the service I’ve received from HiFi House.

I had done a lot of research on HDTV, but was still unsure of the right model for me. I remembered how well I was treated by you and HiFi House during my home theater system purchase in 1998 and decided to give you a call. You provided me with the expert opinion I was looking for to help me make what I know was the right decision.

Also, the delivery and setup by Ed Ruiz was very professional and went very well.

I love the new Sony BRAVIA HDTV set and hope to enjoy it for years to come.

Jon/Mike,

I have to let you know what I just experienced…...The TV’s are great!

But the amazing thing was Eddie and his partner. Lisa called me and said no way the Pioneer monster was going to fit in the basement and I better get home. I got home and they had tried it several ways to get it into the basement. But Eddie refused to give up, he was patient, professional and would not say, “no way we can’t so we have to go”. He took the door off, as much as the TV he could remove he did. We cut 45 degree angles off the frame, with a saw, we took more stuff off. Then Stoney showed up…thankfully as my witness he can tell you that Eddie is a machine, strong as a horse, and he got the TV down while we basically watched and listened to his guidance.

Needless to say…I am very impressed with Eddie and his partner for persevering and seeing it through, when the easy thing to do would say it can’t be done. So kudos to Eddie for being the man!

I am sure you typically hear only the bad stuff, but he was great and it says a lot for your company and your employees.

Dear Jon,

I was sitting in our theater last night, completely enjoying myself, and decided to send you this quick note to thank you and your organization for doing such a fine job for us. Over the past years, we have outfitted two complete theaters and have made a number of other stand-alone equipment purchases. We have always been more than pleased with the results.

In particular, I’d like to thank Charles Hardesty who has been our representative from the start. His knowledge, attention to detail and high professionalism have served us well. He is always responsive, always patient, and is the main reason we have had such a successful association.
